Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. This is a full-time position in Pacifica, California, and involves providing speech and language services to students in grades K-12th.

About the Role

This Speech-Language Pathologist will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing SLP services to students with diverse communication needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent diagnostic and therapeutic skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' communication skills
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific communication challenges
  • Provide SLP services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication skills
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Communication Sciences Disorders or Speech and Language Pathology
  • Active California SLP License
