Vascular Surgery Leadership Opportunity in Southeast Florida

Cleveland Clinic Florida is seeking an experienced Vascular Surgeon to lead the Vascular Surgery program in the region and serve as the Cleveland Clinic Division Chair of Vascular Surgery. This position will be based at Cleveland Clinic Martin Health, which offers a continuum of care including preventive, primary, and acute hospital care, as well as cancer and cardiac care, wellness, and rehabilitation services.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of surgical experience with expertise in the surgical and endovascular treatment of all aspects of vascular disease, including carotid, aortic, lower extremity, dialysis, venous disease. They will also share a passion for quality, innovation, and teamwork.
This position commands a competitive salary of $300,000-$500,000 per year, enhanced by an attractive benefits package, including medical malpractice coverage and a collegial work environment.
Key responsibilities include growing and developing educational programs, expanding local and regional outreach, developing regional alliances/networks, and actively participating in CC Florida strategic planning. The successful candidate will be tasked with solidifying the group practice, mentoring junior surgeons, expanding the breadth of services offered, and leading quality outcomes initiatives.
We are looking for a leader who can foster alignment with the Heart, Vascular and Thoracic Institute, in Ohio and Florida, with emphasis on programming; aligning with program metrics. A track record of positive interpersonal engagement across teams, strong leadership skills, and experience in successfully managing and mentoring physicians and other caregivers are essential.
