We currently have a full-time opening for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our Surgical Inpatient Unit. As an LPN with Community Health Network, you will work closely with our Registered Nurses and other team members to deliver high-quality patient care.

About the Role

">

The LPN will be responsible for performing direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse. This includes assisting patients with daily living activities, administering medications, and collecting blood samples. The LPN may also provide indirect care by transcribing orders, documenting patient information, and educating patients and their families.

Skills and Qualifications

">

To be successful in this role, you must have a graduate degree from a recognized accredited school of practical nursing or equivalent experience. You must also be licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $55,000 and $65,000, depending on experience.
