Job Description

This full-time position involves overseeing operations, sales, and performance of stores in a regional area. As a District Manager, you'll be responsible for 10-20 store locations, conducting bimonthly sales meetings with store leaders, reviewing store P&Ls, and calculating monthly store commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain guest services, oversee operations, and ensure maximum sales and profitability.
  • Manage operating costs, human resources, and expenses.
  • Conduct ongoing coaching sessions with employees to align culture, processes, and activities with company values.
  • Conduct quarterly partnership and operational store assessments.
  • Lead by example, modeling how to provide targeted feedback and drive sales, operational, and customer service metrics.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A minimum of two years of managerial experience.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A deep understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.

About This Opportunity

This is a full-time position with competitive compensation, including a salary of $40,000 per year, plus opportunities for commissions and bonuses. Benefits include health insurance and paid time off.
