Job Summary

The University of Minnesota is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team. As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the success of our research studies, working closely with our research team to coordinate and manage clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage clinical trials, including scheduling appointments, preparing study materials, and collecting data.
  • Develop and maintain study protocols, informed consent forms, and other study-related documents.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with University and VA IRBs, as well as local and federal policies for conducting research.
  • Collaborate with research team members to develop and implement study procedures, including data collection and analysis.
  • Provide excellent customer service to research participants, including answering questions and addressing concerns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as psychology, neuroscience, or public health.
  • At least 2 years of experience in clinical research, including data entry and database management.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health conditions, such as MDD or PTSD, in a clinical or research setting.
