ColumbiaCare Residential Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a valued member of our mental health services, you will play a crucial role in providing on-site clinical services for individuals affected by severe and persistent mental illnesses in residential treatment settings.
This rewarding position requires the ability to assist with training and clinical oversight of Residential Associates who provide 24-hour residential support services to residents. You will report to the Clinical Manager for day-to-day supervision and work assignments, and be supervised by the ColumbiaCare Clinical Director for clinical standards and quality improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to perform Comprehensive Mental Health Assessments, Assessment Updates, and Treatment Plans. Additionally, you will provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaison with other community providers.
As a Residential Therapist at ColumbiaCare Services, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $87,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

To be successful as a Residential Therapist at ColumbiaCare Services, you must meet the following requirements:
- Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Unlicensed Therapists MUST be actively seeking or willing to obtain licensure
- MUST also meet OAR requirement for QMHP by having completed TWO (2) YEARS of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting
