Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Therapist Specialist to join our team at MedAdventures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various therapeutic practices and a passion for helping patients regain their mobility and improve their quality of life.

This role involves working with diverse populations, including geriatrics, pediatrics, and outpatient clients, in both clinic settings and home health environments. Your expertise in anatomy and physiology will be crucial as you develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Evaluating patients' physical conditions and developing individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs and goals.
  • Implementing therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility.
  • Utilizing various modalities such as trigger point therapy to alleviate pain and promote healing.
  • Educating patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and preventive care strategies.
  • Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients in outpatient clinics or home community care settings.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to physical therapy practices.
* Experience or knowledge in geriatrics, pediatrics, outpatient care, home health, or clinic settings is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in various therapeutic techniques including trigger point therapy.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.
* Ability to assess patient needs quickly and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
* Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care.
