Hospice Nursing Specialist - PRN Night Shifts

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice Nursing Specialist to join our team in providing high-quality care to our patients on a PRN night shift basis. As a Hospice Nursing Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, educating patients and their families, and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions.

Responsibilities

* Provide holistic nursing care to patients in a hospice in-patient setting
* Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
* Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
* Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices in hospice care

Requirements

* Current RN licensure in Ohio
* One year of experience in hospice care or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
