We are seeking a skilled Travel Radiology Technologist to join our team at GetMed Staffing, Inc. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain diverse experiences and work with a variety of patients.
Job Summary:As a Travel Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining imaging equipment, preparing patients for exams, and ensuring high-quality images are obtained. You will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide excellent patient care.
Responsibilities:- Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including CT scanners and X-ray machines
- Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
- Ensure high-quality images are obtained and stored correctly
- Work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide excellent patient care
- Maintain accurate records and reports
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Radiology Technologist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of imaging equipment and procedures
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
