The Electrical Estimator - Commercial Project Specialist will play a vital role in our growth by generating accurate cost estimates, fostering collaboration with General Contractors, and managing essential construction documents.

About the Role

As an Electrical Estimator - Commercial Project Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Performing detailed quantity take-offs and creating precise cost estimates at various design stages;
  • Collaborating with General Contractors and managing construction documents, including RFIs;
  • Conducting on-site walk-throughs, ensuring professional communication with clients;
  • Price systems such as HVAC, fire alarms, and solar for a variety of projects;
  • Preparing thorough take-offs to facilitate accurate project costing;

Required skills and qualifications include expertise in estimation and pricing for electrical construction, knowledge of fire alarm and low voltage systems, solid understanding of electrical circuitry, familiarity with the bidding process and commercial construction, and proficiency in estimating software.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year, depending on experience. Full-time employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and more.
