About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Halifax, North Carolina. As an RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Ensure continuity of care by effectively communicating with the healthcare team.">
  • Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and care plans. Provide support and guidance to help them manage their health effectively.">
  • Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.">
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.">
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to safety protocols to ensure the highest standard of care.">
  • Advocate for the rights and needs of patients, ensuring that they receive respectful, compassionate, and dignified care.">

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.">
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.">
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience is preferred; new graduates are also encouraged to apply.">
  • BLS and ACLS certification is required.">
  • Strong clinical assessment skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in electronic health records (EHR), and a commitment to patient-centered care.">
