Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience. Soliant offers competitive pay rates, guaranteed work hours, payment for direct and indirect services rendered, liability insurance coverage, and benefits including health, vision, dental, and 401(k) for full-time employees working at least 30 hours per week.

Job Description

Speech and Language Services: Provide speech and language therapy to students with communication disorders in individual and group settings. Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders and develop individualized treatment plans.

Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective student outcomes. Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A valid North Carolina state SLP License
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Additional Information

This is a full-time position with a caseload that will be discussed during the interview. The onsite work will be conducted during the 2023-2024 school year.
