**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Parking Services Assistant Manager at Parking Solutions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our parking facilities and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Oversee the management of parking facilities, including supervising staff and coordinating maintenance and repairs

• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase revenue

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service

• Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive growth

• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Parking Solutions remains a leader in the parking industry

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or hospitality

• At least 4 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the parking industry

• Proven track record of leadership and team management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
