Job Summary

As a key member of the Rockingham County School Division team, the Custodian - Head Custodian, MMS will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the custodial department. This includes supervising and coordinating the work of other custodial personnel, ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of school facilities, and implementing effective cleaning methods and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the work of custodial personnel
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of school facilities
• Coordinate with other departments to meet facility needs
