About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse to join our team in Lexington, Kentucky.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU environment
  • Assess, plan, and implement care strategies for patients with complex health conditions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Experience working in an ICU setting, preferably with adult or pediatric populations
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Compensation and Benefits
  • Estimated salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on 36 hours per week and 12-hour shifts
  • Guaranteed weekly hours
