Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Reporting Specialist to join our dynamic finance team. This growth-related role will be a key leader in managing the financial reporting and month-end close process for six healthcare companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the month-end close and financial reporting process for six companies
  • Collaborate with the Controller to ensure accurate and timely financial statements
  • Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the accounting department
  • Lead and participate in the implementation of a new accounting software over the next year
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and healthcare industry regulations
  • Assist in preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
Qualifications

To be successful as a Financial Reporting Specialist, you will require:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with healthcare industry experience required
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and Healthcare revenue cycle management
  • Experience in managing or mentoring accounting staff
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to handle multiple entities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with accounting software implementation (preferred)
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $110,000 per year, plus a 10% bonus target based on KPIs. Additionally, the company offers competitive benefits, including:
