Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Ambassador to join our team As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences from the moment they step into our building. If you have a passion for providing top-notch customer service, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet, guide, and direct guests as they enter our building, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Manage the flow from the front doors, efficiently assisting guests with their needs and directing them as required.
  • Provide accurate information about our games and activities, answering questions and helping guests make the most of their visit.
Requirements
  • Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in fast-paced environments.
  • Able to stand for long periods and move around the facility as needed.
