About the Role:
At VO Spa One LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences from initial contact to completion of services
- Manage guest intake process, responding to questions and inquiries
- Collaborate with new patient leads, ensuring timely and professional service
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, providing excellent communication and administrative services
- Support sales process and represent the VO Spa One LLC brand

Qualifications:
- Thorough knowledge of spa services
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills
- Comfortable consulting patients regarding cosmetic and non-cosmetic treatment options, techniques, and treatment plans
- 2+ years customer service experience
Physical/Mental Requirements:
- Standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift at least 30lbs
- Exposure to blood and bodily fluids
- Continual use of manual dexterity, gross motor skills, bi-manual dexterity, and fine motor skills
Compensation:
- $15/Hr+ (based on experience)
