Job Summary:
Assist with the implementation and operation of programs within an adult psychiatric facility. Provide age-appropriate and specific needs, treatment services, and perform related tasks as required. Plan, organize, and implement psychiatric rehabilitation activities. Escort patients to and from activities. Screen and assess patients. Document patient behavior. Supervise patients during treatment/support activities. Lead/co-lead activity groups in Recovery Mall. Drive hospital vehicles and supervise patients during outings. Implement hospital and departmental policies, procedures, rules, and regulations to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing direct patient care by planning, organizing, and implementing psychiatric rehabilitation activities.
- Escort patients to and from activities.
- Screen and assess patients.
- Document patient behavior.
- Supervise patients during treatment/support activities.
- Lead/co-lead activity groups in Recovery Mall.
- Drive hospital vehicles and supervise patients during outings.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous healthcare experience.
- Current CPR certification.
