About the Job

As an ERAS specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to improving patient outcomes through evidence-based practices. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and promote a safe environment for patients.

Responsibilities
  • Collections data and analyze it to identify actual or potential diagnoses, problems, and issues related to patients' health.
  • Develops and implements individualized plans to attain expected measurable outcomes, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Delegates tasks to appropriate healthcare workers while ensuring adherence to legal and policy parameters.
  • Evaluates progress toward achieving goals and outcomes, making necessary adjustments to improve patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing school with a BSN degree preferred.
  • Current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in North Carolina required.
  • Basic Life Support certification per facility guidelines.
  • Experience in Med/Surg and level 1 trauma centers a plus.

  • An estimated annual salary of $76,000 to $100,000 based on experience, education, and location.
