About the Role:

As a CBRE Mobile Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of mechanical, industrial, and building systems. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

This is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function, providing critical support, maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. Your role will involve overseeing maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to ensure building and industrial systems meet applicable standards.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the life of building machinery and systems.
• Review inspections of building and industrial systems, including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing, to ensure equipment operation within design capabilities.
• Oversee compliance with codes, regulations, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• Universal CFC certification and valid driver's license required.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Meet physical requirements, including lifting/carrying heavy loads and working in various environments.
