Key Responsibilities:- Implement KinderCare's research-backed curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child.
- Create a safe, nurturing environment that fosters learning and development.
- Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
- Support the center's success by working collaboratively with staff and leadership to achieve goals.
- Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts.
- Excellent customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
- CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
- Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
- Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
- Strong communication skills and ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
