Director of Medicaid Product Management and Wellness Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Medicaid Product Strategy Organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction and growth of our Medicaid and Duals lines of business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy for Medicaid and Duals, aligned with our company's overall business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and develop new benefits and wellness solutions, leveraging your expertise in Medicaid managed care policy, programs, and covered services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify business opportunities and develop actionable product strategies.
- Provide thought leadership and expertise in benefit and wellness product development, with a focus on vulnerable underserved populations.
- Manage and lead a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment and providing ongoing development opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree with a strong record of academic achievement.
- 5+ years of experience in health insurance, product design, or healthcare advisory services.
- 3+ years of management experience or management consulting.
- Deep working knowledge of Medicaid managed care policy, programs, and covered services.
- Proven background in benefit and wellness product development for vulnerable underserved populations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
