Hospice Care Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care and support to patients and their families
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
- Competitive hourly rate of $21.00

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Maryland
