At Workscapes, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Director of First Impressions for our Orlando Showroom. As the first point of contact for staff, clients, and visitors, this position requires a pleasant demeanor and professional appearance to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the showroom, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Support other departments as needed with administrative tasks, maintaining a seamless workflow and efficient operations.
  • Ensure seamless coverage of the front desk, incoming calls, general mailbox, and mail, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Maintain working showroom standards, ensuring the space is always ready for visitors and tours, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Maintain the office directory for Workscapes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Copier management and office supply management, ensuring a smooth operation and minimizing downtime.
  • Manage the kitchen area, including wiping down surfaces, emptying the dishwasher, and running it at the end of each day.
  • Place lunch orders for internal and client meetings, demonstrating a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a front desk agent or in a reception role.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate.
  • Strong organization, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality customer service and create a fun and supportive working environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
