Branch Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Branch Administrator to join our team at Edward Jones. As a critical member of our branch team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional client service and supporting our financial advisors in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional client service and support to our clients, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing client inquiries.
- Work closely with our financial advisors to develop and implement strategies to achieve client goals and objectives.
- Assist with marketing activities, including planning and executing events, and driving business growth.
- Participate in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year.
- Provide administrative support to the branch team, including managing schedules, coordinating travel, and performing other tasks as needed.
We offer a comprehensive 6-month training program, including an experienced peer to help mentor you. You will also have access to a wide support network that extends from your branch office to your region to the home office. Requirements- Proficient in current and new office technology.
