Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, with additional compensation for those holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence awarded by ASHA. A 7% bonus will be paid to Speech Language Pathologists working in their areas of expertise.

About the Role

This Speech Language Pathologist position involves inspiring, preparing, and challenging every child, every day. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be passionate about fostering a positive school culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective speech therapy programs for students
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support student learning
  • Conduct assessments and create individualized plans for students
Qualifications
  • Certificate or license from Kansas Department of Education or Kansas Department of Health and Environment
  • Graduate from approved program in Speech-Language Pathology
