Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Program Supervisor to join our team. As a Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Daily Living Skills: Assist individuals with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and other daily living skills.
  • Develop Personalized Plans: Create and implement personalized plans to help individuals achieve their goals and increase their independence.
  • Foster Relationships: Build strong relationships with individuals, families, and community members to ensure seamless support.
  • Maintain Safety: Ensure the physical and emotional safety of individuals at all times.

Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management skills required.
  • Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible individual required.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required.
