Mechanical Repair Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Repair Specialist to join our team at KEB America, Inc. As a key member of our production staff, you will be responsible for performing repair work and service on our products.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble and Disassemble Products: You will work with various mechanical components to assemble and disassemble products, ensuring precise fit and function.
- Read and Interpret Work Instructions: With a keen eye for detail, you will read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accurate repair and maintenance.
- Use Diagnostic Equipment: You will utilize diagnostic equipment to identify issues and perform repairs efficiently.
- Make Product Repairs: As a skilled mechanic, you will make necessary repairs to our products, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
- Packaging and Shipping: After repairs, you will package and prepare products for shipping to customers.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a focus on technical education preferred.
- Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with basic computer applications and software is essential.
- Mathematical Abilities: Strong basic math skills, including standard and metric calculations, are necessary for this role.
- Hand Tool and Power Tool Knowledge: You should have experience working with hand tools and power tools, including basic knowledge of their operation and maintenance.
- Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail is critical in this position, as accuracy is paramount.
- Effective Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
- Ability to Work Independently: You should be able to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively.
