We are seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Lead to join our team at Oakridge Staffing.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in finance, ideally within a finance transformation team or controlling/accounting or FP&A.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data to support business decisions and reporting needs
  • Create reports and automate tasks using Microsoft Excel
  • Build data models to support business intelligence solutions
  • Set up data validation and error-checking procedures to ensure data integrity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or other business-related field of study
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (macros, pivot tables)
  • Demonstrated experience with the strategic and operational aspects of a finance transformation and associated change projects

We offer a competitive salary of $130,000 per year, plus benefits.
