About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Buried Drop Technician AR to join our team at Windstream, a leading provider of internet solutions in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain high-speed fiber optic cables from network hubs to customers' residences
  • Utilize technical expertise to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Sell and promote Windstream's products and services to customers
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in fiber network installation or a related field
  • Ability to work safely in various environmental conditions
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record

Equipment Used: Test equipment, ladders, climbing hooks, hand and power tools, and vans.
