We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Part Time (Full Time Also available) ABA Techs/Registered Behavior Technicians. In this role, you'll work one-on-one with children, guiding them in communication and aiding in overcoming delayed milestones.


Our comprehensive treatment center focuses on intensive, early intervention therapies for children on the Autism Spectrum and their families. We offer a supportive work environment, guaranteed hours, and on-the-job training (40 hour course work must be completed before starting). Our mission is to help children reach their full potential.


Job Responsibilities:
  • ">
  • Lead 1-on-1 ABA therapy sessions with children between the ages of 2-10 on the Autism Spectrum, utilizing principles of Verbal Behavior (VB).">
  • Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) procedures with clients, adhering to behavior plans and protocols.">
  • Take and maintain accurate data for each child during sessions.">
  • Communicate effectively with parents/caregivers daily, ensuring open collaboration.">
  • Able to accept and implement constructive feedback, fostering continuous improvement.">
  • Attend regular staff meetings to stay informed and contribute to the team's growth.">
  • Reliable transportation is necessary for this position.

  • Maintaining a fast-paced work environment requires agility and quick thinking.">

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
