Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with center staff and leadership to drive enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners to promote a culture of excellence
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
