Respiratory Therapy Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapy Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital. As a key member of our Respiratory Care Services team, you will provide leadership in clinical practice, education, and professional development for our staff.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and expertise in respiratory care to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the RCS Leadership Team to develop and implement strategic plans and quality improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs to support RCS goals and objectives.
- Role model clinical and critical thinking expertise to promote excellence in patient care.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Current Florida Respiratory Therapist Licensure and Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential through the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in neonatal/pediatric critical intensive care.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from the American Heart Association.

We offer a competitive salary range of $35.99 - $57.58 per hour, commensurate with equity and experience.
