About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and highly skilled Hardware Development Specialist to work closely with our experienced engineers on developing cutting-edge hardware solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, verifying, and testing FPGA designs as part of our Access Network Systems division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality FPGA designs using industry-standard tools such as Xilinx Vivado or Altera Quartus.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful design verification and validation.
  • Develop and execute test plans to verify FPGA functionality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with designers to resolve issues and provide technical guidance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Strong knowledge of VHDL, Verilog, System Verilog, Perl, and BASH programming languages.
  • Familiarity with FPGA design and development tools, including Xilinx Vivado and Altera Quartus.

Compensation Package:

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, CommScope offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

This role will be based in Lowell, Massachusetts.
