Job Description:

As a Care Coordinator/Case Manager, you will work with the Care Coordination/Case Management unit to provide high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include working 10-hour day shifts, 4 days a week, participating in a 16-hour orientation program, and maintaining standards in accordance with the natural nail policy. You will also be expected to provide flexible shift availability upfront and ensure all compliance and certification requirements are up to date before applying for this role.
