About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales professional to join our Named Account team at Proofpoint. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of 20 named accounts, with a mix of white space and existing customers
  • Work closely with our partner community to gain access to new accounts and upsell/cross-sell existing customers
  • Sell the full Proofpoint Platform, working closely with internal and external ecosystem partners
  • Develop account plans for each named account, identify add-on opportunities, and become a subject matter expert on the value of the Proofpoint platform
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of field sales experience selling complex cybersecurity solutions
  • Demonstrable track record of success in managing medium and large accounts
  • Experience working with channel partners and selling via two-tier distribution
  • Strong presentation skills and technical understanding of cybersecurity
  • Ability to identify customer business drivers and use case/business value selling
