About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of evidence-based ABA services, leading a team of behavior technicians and clinical associates, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, business partners, and the community
  • Oversee all evidence-based ABA service delivery procedures, including therapy, assessment, and parent training
  • Lead a team of behavior technicians and/or clinical associates to deliver services in various settings such as homes, clinics, schools, and communities
  • Drive to and from treatment sites as needed, with flexibility in scheduling
  • Utilize clinical software systems for client progress tracking and program modification
  • Deliver staff training and supervision, including RBT training and graduate supervision
  • Develop client-specific treatment and behavior intervention plans
  • Ensure adherence to billing standards and timely submission of treatment plans
  • Maintain high-quality service standards and uphold ethical behavior
  • Attend relevant meetings, events, and trainings to stay current in the field of ABA

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Current certification as a BCBA
  • State license to practice ABA if applicable
  • First Aid and CPR certification within 30 days of hire
  • Completion of QBS Safety Care Training certification
  • Background clearance and TB test as required
