Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at MEI Group Inc. As a key member of our Express Shop team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by improving operational efficiency and consistency in our customer vehicle repair process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Express Shop workflow logs, ensuring timely and efficient processing of vehicle repairs.
  • Collaborate with the Express Shop Service Manager, Shop Foreman, and 3rd Party Shops to facilitate diagnostics and repairs of vehicles.
  • Control the flow of vehicles through the Customer Service Shop process, ensuring proper distribution of technician workload and adherence to Mei Group's diagnostic and repair processes.
  • Communicate directly with customers regarding vehicle status and repair progress.
  • Oversee the vehicle approval process for mechanical warranty completion and manage vehicle priority dispatching.
  • Partner with other functional areas and managers to collaborate on vehicle quality and potential issues.
  • Verify vehicle WeOwe Request, Warranty, and CPI coverage by examining records and papers.
  • Monitor and provide daily updates to the Express Service Route Sheet with current statuses and ETA for completion.
  • Utilize reports, analyze information, and monitor trends to identify if repairs are needed or meet company standards.
  • Communicate pertinent information to key stakeholders that may impact customer service expectations.
  • Partner with Senior leadership to address operational constraints.
  • Display financial responsibility for decisions regarding vehicle repairs impacting MEI Group.
  • Perform all Asset Protection and responsibilities expected in the role.

Requirements:

  • Complete training in all areas of the customer service and production process.
  • Multi-task in a high-energy, fast-paced work environment.
  • Must have basic computer skills.
  • Must have a valid Driver License and a High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Working Conditions:

May require walking or standing for an extended period. Combination of both indoor and outdoor environment, including working at times in noisy and/or inclement weather conditions.

Rotating Schedule:

Full-time, Day shift, Monday to Friday, Weekend availability during peak periods of business.

Compensation:

$16.00-$18.00 hourly (Depending on Experience)
