Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Ambulatory Nurse II to join our team at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and contribute to the development of our clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and integrate best current evidence with clinical expertise and patient preferences to deliver optimal healthcare
  • Minimize risk of harm to patients, families, and staff through effective system design and individual performance
  • Demonstrate commitment to professionalism through lifelong learning, adherence to ethical standards, and community outreach
  • Recognize patients as partners in care, respecting their preferences, values, and needs
  • Collaborate with interprofessional teams to promote safe, quality outcomes for patients
  • Utilize data and quality improvement methods to identify opportunities for improving care
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (Required)
  • Registered Nurse - PA (Required)
  • ACLS or BCLS or PALS (Required)
  • Bachelor's degree Required- BSN from an accredited school of nursing and 15+ months relevant professional nursing experience. Certification in specialty.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience. Additionally, our benefits program provides opportunities for professional growth, education assistance, and a supportive work environment.
