Job Overview
We are seeking an Executive Support Professional to provide administrative support to our Managing Director National Accounts. About the Role
The Executive Support Professional will maintain confidentiality of all information at all times, prepare correspondence, memoranda, presentation material, and reports for the Managing Director National Accounts. They will schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate related arrangements, make travel arrangements, manage board preparation and quarterly results coordination, organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines, follow-up on items received via email, phone, notes, mail, etc., maintain appropriate records, files, and documentation, track and audit relevant documents/requests from department heads, prepare expense and accounts payable items, and facilitate local to national transfers in the system of record.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or better in Finance or a related field, 3 years of professional experience supporting multiple executives, preferably in Sales and Marketing. They must possess excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships inside and outside the organization, work independently, act proactively, and manage priorities as they change. The individual should exhibit confidentiality, trust, and diplomacy at all times.
