Key Responsibilities

This role provides technical support to Cooper University Hospital and its off-site ambulatory practices. Key duties include installing, configuring, and troubleshooting software, hardware, peripherals, data network devices, smartphones, and other equipment used by the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. A minimum of 5 years' experience in computer hardware installation, maintenance, and repair is required.

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An A+ certificate, MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) certification, or equivalent work experience is preferred.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $60,000-$80,000, commensurate with experience.
