About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solar Construction Manager III to join our team at White Construction. As a key member of our solar division, you will be responsible for directing and managing the overall construction project(s) from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage the overall construction project(s) from inception to completion.
  • Ensure client requirements are met and projects are completed within assigned schedule and budget.
  • Oversee construction workers and their supervisors, including other Construction Managers.
  • Coordinate activities of Construction Managers, Foremen, and construction trade workers.
  • Monitor and direct the progress of the construction site.
  • Ability to recognize the need for and negotiate Change Orders.
  • Determine labor requirements for project.
  • Monitor budget project costs to ensure project costs are within budget parameters.
  • Ensure production schedules are maintained to measure time, production, and meet requirements of project.
  • Monitor compliance with set regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Solar or EPC Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Seven years of construction industry experience/knowledge of construction techniques, estimating, and construction management.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role.
