Our client is a leading provider of building automation solutions seeking an experienced Building Automation Controls Systems Developer. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing advanced control systems for commercial and industrial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Design & Development
    • Design and develop custom control systems for complex building automation projects.
    • Implement new Direct Digital Control (DDC) projects and update existing systems to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Troubleshooting & Commissioning
    • Detect and resolve issues with HVAC and computer/controller systems in a timely manner.
    • Conduct thorough testing and commissioning of systems to ensure proper functionality and integration.
  • Documentation & Compliance
    • Maintain accurate records of system designs, installations, and modifications.
    • Evaluate system performance against design specifications and regulatory standards.
  • Collaboration & Communication
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
    • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Position Qualifications:

  • Required Skills & Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in building automation systems development, with 5 years preferred.
    • Familiarity with industry-standard software and hardware platforms, including Tridium AX.
  • Education & Certifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
    • Possession of relevant certifications, such as Tridium AX certification, is highly valued.
  • Salary & Benefits
    • The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
