Martial Arts Instructor

Impact Dojo is a dynamic and innovative martial arts organization dedicated to empowering children and adults through the art of martial arts. Founded in 2015, we have established ourselves as a leader in the Chicagoland area, with a strong commitment to providing a safe and supportive learning environment.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced martial arts instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in martial arts, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring.

• Provide high-quality martial arts instruction to students of all ages and skill levels.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote physical fitness, discipline, and self-confidence.
• Supervise students during training sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors to develop and implement curriculum and programs.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure a positive and productive learning experience.

• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching martial arts to children and adults.
• Black belt certification in a compatible martial art.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
