The Hospitals of Providence is seeking a seasoned Registered Nurse to lead its Progressive Care Unit team in El Paso, Texas. With an estimated salary ranging from $65,000 to $90,000 per year, this opportunity offers a competitive compensation package.

Job Overview

This position requires a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with at least one year of RN experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to work cooperatively with medical, ancillary, and support staff to maintain standards of professional nursing practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the delivery of nursing care and provide leadership to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Participate in patient and family teaching, promoting health education and empowerment.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • 1 year RN experience required.
  • Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a Registered Nurse.
  • CPR certification.
