About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Cutting and wrapping meat products according to established standards
  • Ensuring quality and date control standards for meat products
  • Assisting members with purchasing decisions and answering questions about our products
  • Leveraging digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or previous experience in food handling or customer service preferred
