Regional Sales Advisor

Truly Investor Capital is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for introducing, educating, and providing financing solutions to prospective partners by presenting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete new hire training to fully understand our products, internal processes, policies, procedures, technology systems, and marketing tools.
- Participate in regional events and educate business channel partners as a subject matter expert, sharing the value, service, and financing solutions we provide to real estate investors nationwide.
- Actively engage with real estate investor social media sites and forums, providing subject matter expertise, information, and product knowledge necessary to cultivate new business relationships.
- Drive for and own the results, set reasonable expectations, have fun, make money, and win with every customer.
- Stay informed of real estate investor industry matters relevant to your business partners and prospective customers, fully understanding and sharing market trends, challenges, and industry information.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of mortgage lending and/or loan origination experience.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills.
- Energetic, driven, and passionate about being successful and providing excellent customer service.
- Positive and engaging attitude.
