We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Junior Account Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and fostering strong business relationships with our clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering a consultative, needs-based selling approach to drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Routinely coach and manage Field Employees to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Sales Growth: Prospect, cold call, and canvass within your set territory to manage current clients and develop new business.
- Safety and Compliance: Conduct safety walkouts with Field Employees and review safety check-lists to ensure safety protocols are being upheld.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed sales targets, client satisfaction ratings, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Self-Motivation and Goal-Oriented: A strong desire to learn and grow professionally, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Team Player: A collaborative and supportive team player, with a willingness to learn from others and contribute to the success of the team.
