Dishroom Server Assistant

At Alternate Ending Beer Co., we're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Dishroom Server Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments and take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

We're looking for a highly organized and efficient individual to support our server staff by ensuring tables are set, cleared, and maintained throughout the service period. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve excellent results.

• Table Setting and Clearing: Set tables with clean linens, plates, and silverware; clear used dishes, glassware, and silverware from tables.
• Refilling and Cleaning: Refill water glasses, salt and pepper shakers, and condiment bottles; clean up spills and maintain side stations, floors, and furniture.
• Supporting Staff: Assist servers with keeping tables free of debris and empty glasses; serve food when necessary.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

• Physical Demands: Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours; bend, push, pull; lift 25-50lbs.
• Work Environment: Occasionally works in extreme heat, wet or humid conditions; moderate noise level.

This position reports to the Bar Manager, AGM, and/or GM.
